It’s a fair place to work

Pros

Good PTO time, Good salary, Get OT when needed, Benefits are fair, everybody seems very nice, good security, can work from home if needed.

Cons

Only favorites get promoted which are mostly 9-5 employees, when others work harder and longer hours. Management plays politics when it comes to getting promoting.

Pros

Friendly, helpful coworkers. Easily approachable executive team. Constantly learning new things and overcoming new challenges. Very happy here. They promote from within. Flexible hours - I come in early and leave on time nearly every day. My supervisor is terrific so if I'm asked to stay late or work through lunch it is never a problem. They are heavy into giving back to the community and encourage employees to volunteer.

Cons

Medical benefits are sub-par; employees should be offered a better option.
