Benefits, OT after 8hrs on CCW is extremely rare here in Oregon. Great network of professionals, pay and benefits are competitive in my opinion and research.

Cons

Seems like a very young company, which it is, as it was bought up by ASML several years ago. Equipment and parts are improving gradually, but a long way to go. Coming from other semiconductor companies, which have state of the art technology, equipment, and automation, Cymer does not. However, that is noticeably improving, but a ways off still. FSE's seem to be blamed for the majority of issues, even when it's clearly manufacturing's fault for sending defective parts-- it is much safer to blame the FSE's rather than admit to customers that our products are not thoroughly inspected and tested before shipping out.

I have been working at Cymer and ASML company and so far things have been great. Here are the positives: - A manager who is interested in my career growth with the company and has an actual development plan - Flexible work from home schedule - Great perks for the employees - They believe is rewarding employees with decent raises instead of pizza parties! - Believes in Work Life Balance - Very Interesting and challenging product - A leader when it comes to Laser Innovation
