Pros

Decent pay and benefits. The compressed schedule is nice on your days off, but can be very mentally taxing on work days.

Cons

Worked for literally one of the worst managers I have ever come across. Intense micromanagement to the point of trying to manage your Outlook inbox and how many tabs you could have open on your web browser. If work was slow, they would come up with the most mundane and idiotic busy work to fill your day. There are also a few other issues that could be addressed, such as poorly constructed software to find procedures, terrible choice in software for filling out after service actions, etc...but poor management is easily the biggest con across the board.

Great pay, benefits, and a few of the people were awesome. Company is amazing "on paper". Excellent if just joining the work-force and need a foot into the industry.

Cons

Chaos every other hour. Constantly making the same mistakes but never learning from them. very poor supply chain operations and management. Hemorrhaging operational money with poor logistics 3PL and Middle management wanna-be execs changing the business without knowing the business.
