Upper management and corporate politics are killing the company. Read any management book and they do the opposite. Complete distrust of their employees.

Cons

Wouldn't need moral building cookouts if the company respected and valued its employees. "What have you done for me lately" mentality from management. Unfair management supported by HR department.
