Pros

i've been a student the last two years, and i like the flexibility in schedules. It's good to know that the supervisors and the quality people are also trained interpreters, which gives them more credibility when giving feedback. it good to know that they understand your job and not just coaching you in theory. They also feed you every month and there all sorts of incentives when you achieve certain performance expectations. Personally speaking, i've work in other places where you're just a number and treated like crap. A year ago, i was having some peronal issues that caused me to start missing work, but they worked with me and gave me some time to take care of my situation. Any other place that i've worked at would have just told me to take a hike.

Cons

the pay could be better, but you know what you're accepting. Not to say that the job is easy, but it's not like youre being rated on so many metrics
