Pros

Company is young and offers a lot of opportunities to taste experience in all different departments within the company. They have momentum to possibly grow into a large part of the language interpretation market. Company has above average medical benefits and other benefits most other corporations no longer provide with minimal cost to employees.

Cons

Scheduling\breaks are not logical and borderline insane. The staff are generally mistrustful of each other and the company with good reason. Management has no empathy for human needs such as breaks\restrooms, acknowledgement of good work, or time off. The staff generally has no official training, are fearful of losing their positions, and even tend to play childish games on each other to gain recognition or hinder others image. If you are salary..expect a 60-80 hr work week. Do not expect management to honor any type of verbal or written agreements you make with them and they only welcome "yes sirs" so be careful thinking outside of the box

Pros

People here at the call center are great and have dedication to the quality of interpretation.

Cons

Senior leadership is not truly part of the business. Major disconnect from management and our work at the call center. Moving in at the call center was not the best choice when the disconnect is the same.

Pros

Work there only if you have a need for medical or dental insurance.

Cons

If you are professional interpreter find a job else where, nothing good to say about the Cyracom. Poor leadership - mostly bilingual ex-customer service representatives. No potential Very low salary $10 per hour. If you take a call from ER, that you can be for 2 hours, you get paid $20.00- tax. Calls come every minute or so. Quality assurance team without interpreting background, monitoring and rating professional interpreters. Changing policies very often Not paying overtime
