      Pros

      - Impressive and smart colleagues - Solving real and interesting problems (even though the problems are often very hard!) - A unique culture: colleagues are quite vocal in criticism and I'm asked difficult questions every day. This took some getting used to but I now find it essential to ensure transparency and it vastly improves the quality of solutions - A huge amount of fun: the office environment is enjoyable, social life is great.

      Cons

      - Nature of small companies is that customer deadlines can lead to busy periods - Maybe not a con but must be very entrepreneurial and personally motivated to get the most out of the job.
