Pros
The team at Cytora is unparalleled in ambition and ability. Work feels like company building; it's a constant learning experience. The company culture is predicated on honest, critical feedback. It's a place where things rarely get heated and everyone's got your back. The unconventionally four-strong leadership are not precious with responsibility. If you prove your value to the company, no limits are put on the areas of the business you can contribute to.
Cons
The relatively small scale of the company brings with it growing pains. It's frustrating being asked to pick up slack that's out of one's remit because the KPIs you care about suffer. It's frustrating that every decision is a prioritisation, not a decision to "do both and see what's most effective". If you've worked at a startup that's growing fast, this won't be news to you.
