      - The environment is very supportive. We have some great teachers and people are happy to help you learn new things. - The people are very intelligent and ambitious - they'll inspire you and challenge you to keep doing better.

      - Understanding the technical terms and data pipeline can provide a steep learning curve when you join. - Due to the size of the company and deadlines, not all ideas can be explored during work hours.
