      Pros

      Beyond the great benefits offered, the organisation provides true flexibility and ability to think outside the box, great opportunities to push the boundaries and be creative. Trust culture is rewarding and exciting, more importantly, one enjoys the work! especially with great people around you.

      A company with great prospects but could trip itself up

      The people are great and the company invests in bringing people together.

      Cons

      The company burns through product managers. There’s serious lack of product management leadership skill. Every day there’s a new “priority”, everything is for now or a month ago. Every suggestion is not good enough. Creating a roadmap seems to be an impossible task.
