      Pros

      The measurable impact being had at customers is brilliant. A tight group of people genuinely ambitious and excited for delivering success. Supportive culture and strong team feeling even though everyone works remotely (other than optional monthly and mandatory quarterly get-togethers).

      Cons

      Not everyone would enjoy the working environment where there's a lot of responsibility and breadth of role.
