      Pros

      Joined Cytora as a BA for the Spanish Market. Team culture Is awesome, a bit stressful depending on projects, but consulting is about challenges. Great benefits, travel options and learning. This Is a startup, so always offering new challenges/tasks Must give a try!

      Mandatory offsites, each couple of months.

      Pros

      Very good positive attitude, with very skilled people at the top of their game. Even though Cytora is a completely remote company, there are loads of good and frequent social events, and overall a very flexible approach to different ways of working and work-life balance.

      Cons

      Things get extremely busy, but this is well managed in general.

      - The fast moving environment gives me energy - We're making genuine big progress for huge insurance companies - Lots of opportunity to grow within the organisation - Remote + regular meetups is a great balance for balancing family and work life
