      Pros

      Supervisors are easy to work with, all departments generally meld well together and the off hours needs are well compensated if you're the right person to get the job done. Basically, this company and your compensation absolutely match your own contributions, and you will be rewarded for a job well done!

      Cons

      Work load can be tedious and overbearing at times (from the customer base, not the company staff) but again, hard work is rewarded and well-compensated

      -Uncapped commission -Ability to move up or laterally -Good management -Good benefits

      Cons

      -Long hours are not necessarily required, but highly encouraged -Work every weekend (days off are during the week, but usually work those at least in part) -Poor training (they are forgiving and allow you to learn on your feet) -Sink or swim type job; those who do well do very well, those who do not fail quickly. Not a lot of resources for low performers and they are pushed out quickly
