Pros

- Job Stability - Casual Work Environment

Cons

- TONS of favoritism/office politics - Top division management only cares about their bonus at the end of the day - Job performance seems to have no effect on salary - NO COMMUNICATION - no communication between departments makes for a very chaotic work environment - Poor work/life balance - All departments are understaffed, and the current staff is over-worked and under-paid - Shark eat shark environment, but everyone will smile to your face and throw you under the bus behind your back

Pros

Big Company. Excellent benefits including discount on DR Horton home, 401k stock purchase, health, dental etcOpportunity to be able to move around the country.

Cons

Big Company. While decentralized corporate makes many final decisions on asset, land budgets, payroll, etc. Top down budgeting, green screen version of accounting system. Batch processing.
