      Great company, was impressed until someone who had no clue ran it.... over

      Company sent a woman to manage with no experience and let's just say it was the worst! If you kiss butt and you are good. No prior experience and the whole sales team was affected and probably still is! Because you can't fix stupid

      Pros

      A lot of houses to sell. That is about it.

      Cons

      A lot of inferior people in management to put up with. No one knows what they are doing. They hire inexperienced management and administrative employees. Everyone that was good at their job has left or been fired. DRH has no loyalty to anyone.
