      Pros

      The homeowners for whom I felt sorry for their lack of support from the company after purchasing a home.

      Cons

      No leaders in organization that actually care about anything except "getting the deal" at any cost. Very high pressure sales. Do not care about building relationships with buyers. Horrible culture. Long hours. Would give no stars if possible. Soulless experience. Don't give up your job elsewhere.

      benefits and days off and training

      Cons

      Ran 45 -60 houses in three projects. Had to assist Superintendents that did nothing but drugs.PM wouldn't listen to you. You worked all the time till 8 or longer at night and weeends

      You get an employee discount on a new house.

      Cons

      My boss offers no raises, no bonus'. She also doesn't do employee evaluation so we don't get a cost of living raise. We work so much and most times we aren't able to get away from our desk for lunch.
