      Pros

      worked with some great people - company promotes family oriented environment.

      Cons

      Management is not consistent with policies/procedures. Constantly reinventing the wheel instead of improving current processes. Does not provide division/regional policies and procedures so there's no consistency on procedures. Definitely a unique business model.

      Not a very hard job. Room for advancement after 6 months or so. Just depends on your location and situation.

      Cons

      Terrible management and lack of resources. Almost powerless at times. Could be a good job but depends on where you are put.
