Pros

D.R. Horton is the #1 home builder, which means job stability. They also offer great health benefits. Location is ideal for those that live near by.

Cons

No employee morale, no training, no incentive, poor management, lack of communication, high turnover, no growth potential, employees take on several positions because the company don't want to hire extra help. Everything is priority, not organized.

Way too Conservative

Pros

Great Benefits, Nice bonuses.

Cons

Too conservative. Employees isolated in thinking and processes and defensive about change. It's almost as if they know how obsolete they would become should basic process and software implementations be made. Of course that may not be so if they just embraced the change and moved forward for the good of the company.

Pros

Flexible hours, weekends off, and OT option

Cons

No advancement opportunities. Employees are not punished for being unprofessional within the work place. Very little respect towards one another while collaboratively having to work so togrther.
