Pay is decent for the company

Cons

Do not even consider working here. Upper management is clueless, on power trips and if you don't enjoy playing politics, this is not the place for you. The VP's and SVP's treat you like dirt and expect you to work every living hour of your existence, not to mention the lack of job security working for a company that might not last the upcoming year

The benefits are top-notch, learning new technology, great opportunity to work with brilliant folks and an international team.

Cons

The training is non-existent, onboarding is challenging (very start-up feel), and directions were at times unclear. Be wary: saw several layoffs for non-technical folks.
