      Pros

      Great compensation and solid benefits package Kind, collaborative people who are inclusive and engaging to work with Cutting edge technology is fascinating and the engineers and developers are all willing to discuss their work in plain language to the non-technical team members Healthcare paid 100% for US employees since it is a Canadian based company Meetings begin and end on time - everyone is very respectful of everyone's time which is so refreshing! Visibility into the company's performance and goals Remote/Hybrid work environment is supported Company is growing!

      Cons

      Some processes are cumbersome, but they are aware of this and are actively identifying ways to make processes more efficient and automated. No 401k matching yet

      Pros

      Interesting technology. Flexible hours. Some nice and some very serious people. With pool table, pingpong and foosball. Occasional barbeque. Free fruits and drinks. There's an espresso machine.

      Cons

      It's good but not the best yet. Pay is average. No bonus. Location is not the best. More than majority are men and lots are nerdy ones -- since it's place for physicists, mechanical/electrical/HW engineers, programmers, and such
