Collaborative group of people who genuinely care about each other and the work they are doing. All want to do their best, share knowledge and work very hard to reach goals of the company. Very smart co-workers with lots of Phds. Encourages papers. Leader in the Quantum computing space. Cutting edge technology.
Cons
Small company experiencing growing pains. Several at VP level and above are abrasive, condescending and/or blame others for their own wrong doings. CEO and CMO have been known to speak poorly of others infront of team vs. in a positive, supportive way which affects morale. Below VP level managers are supportive and really care about their team. This is a high-level exec problem only and a select few speaking of here. No Bonuses
