      Pros

      One of the best things about DAT is our family enviroment. From the top down, everyone is believes in creating an enviroment of open communication. Every month, our entire company comes together to mingle and talk. It allows for an entry level Product Support Rep to have a thoughtful conversation with an developer.

      Cons

      We recently moved into a new building which is great, but a gym would have been nice.

      Pros

      I have worked here for nearly two years as an engineer. DAT has been a challenging, fun and rewarding place to work. Market leader, well funded company. Aggressively upgrading products, using modern technologies. Challenging and exciting engineering environment. Lots of room for career growth in both technical and managerial tracks. Forward thinking leadership. Fantastic people. The type of person you are matters.

      Cons

      Rapid growth and upper management changes have been somewhat disruptive, but everyone seems to be adjusting quickly.
