Pros

Decent benefits, good location, good work exposure.

Cons

Management makes poor decisions and doesn't hold the right people accountable. Pay is less than average for midstream companies in the area. Communication is poor.

Cons

Low pay HR a joke Claim employees are best asset but treat them terribly CHEAP Trying to be google. Sacrificing customer service to be #1 technologically and will never get there. Management clueless or just does not care

Pros

Vacation, 401k, 40¢ raise lol

Cons

They do not care about experience! They pay on years of service. Fellow employees are worthless and leadership doesn’t care. Pay is lower than competitors. Was told to do computer based training, when finished they would increase pay.Move to an operator I,II etc. Had them done for over a year and still can’t get a raise! health insurance changed 1/1/19 and now it sucks! $4000 individual $10,000 family max out of pocket! After paying $450 month for a family of 4. Some of the leadership are too laid back, they let employees get away with too much.
