      Pros

      Co-workers were mostly great and I made some good friends

      The Leadership at DCP is toxic and they send that toxicity down through the ranks. There is systemic harassment and retaliation, back-stabbing and bad-mouthing throughout all levels in the organization. What is worse is that the Executive Leadership Team knows this but seems to think that it breeds a competitive culture that will allow the best to succeed and the bottom line to rise. There is a sincere lack of alignment at the highest level and a true lack of follow through on initiatives with constant realignment and executive distraction for the need to chase personal career climbing over team delivery.

      Pros

      Great teamwork within individual departments but there is no teamwork across departments.

      Cons

      High turnover in accounting and FP&A. No reason to stay longer than 1-2 years max.

      Great pay, Good benefits, 4 weeks vacation

      At the end of the day its all about the share holders. They talk a big talk about being a big family and being one another keepers, but you have to drink the coolaide and preach the rhetoric. For the last few years we have had two big all employee meetings around the beginning of the year, The first meeting was always a very positive chipper one about how well the company did and how much money the parent companies made. The next meeting a few weeks later was always very somber and cold. it was about yearly raises and bonuses for 45 min we would hear about how bad we did and if you got a raise at all you didn't deserve it.
