-Understanding Management - A vested interest in your growth - Drama Free - Life in the office is about work; but socializing is still present and balanced

Cons

Small team will mean that there is a greater emphasis on quality work and maintaining your load. Can be more of a pro than a con depending on how you view things.

Pros

A great place to accumulate experience. DCSC will look great on your resume. As most people have mentioned, we’re located in a very nice location which comes with the advantages of being surrounded by an assortment of eateries. One of the better jobs I’ve ever worked at.

Cons

I wish we were more team focused.

Pros

We’re a small company, but highly effective at meeting the needs of our clients. You really need to be a self-starter to thrive in this work environment. You’ll largely be working by yourself, so taking the time to read the manual and soaking up as much information as you can as often as you can is a great way to stay ahead of the curb. A good job overall.

Cons

We need more effective training to ensure new hires are prepared for the rigors of the job before interacting with clients.
