lots of overtime Upper management never listens to associates concerns Upper management forget that the ones that have been there over 15-20 have been what made that company and have stayed committed. They allow new hires to yell at team leaders. They allow them to accrue occurrences because they are so desperate for help. We just got the largest raise we've ever gotten. But I don't think money will bring people to the company. A lot of people in Battle Creek have already tried working out there plus they have heard all the overtime that is worked..
