Pros

The benefits package is decent. There really isn't anything else I would actually consider a pro to account for a 20 word minimum in this area.

Cons

Respect from management (lack of it), pay isn't bad but isn't what it should be, overtime galore whether you want it or not. Preach "work/home balance" but don't practice it. The list is too long........

Pros

I started at Denso as a temporary and earned my interview. I was given the impression that is what Denso wanted for success. Clear expectations from upper management and clear training instructions.

Cons

Not all management should be in the management position. Too many can't handle the stress of a managers responsibilities without taking it out on their team members. No trust in the associate's with the highest seniority. If there is a change in management, the rules and expectations shouldn't change. However it sometimes becomes about who the team leader likes or has a personal opinion about. Some areas are easier to work for. Its a more positive environment in the warehouse verses the production areas. HR or AR is the worst department in handling situatons appropriately. HR is too worried about blaming and accusing instead of fixing and helping. NONE of the HR or AR people EVER investigate from the plant floor observing interactions with so-called "drama starters" and "trouble makers." They don't actually have physical proof of anything and just twist words to sound like they have proof. A person hired in for 2 years can lie just try to get the 10 year employee fired if he/she cries hard enough. That office assumes it's the same person causing an issue and that no one talks to each other outside of work. While they investigate a complaint, the already uncomfortable situation stays that way while the associates still have to report to the job. The hostile environment is encouraged instead of promoting a positive outlook and resolution.
