      Pros

      The pay is decent and the benefits are good. Plus there is tons of overtime available.

      Cons

      some Management will stab you in the back by telling you one thing and doing another. Plus, if you are not qualified for the job, they will still make you train someone who is qualified. Basically, you do not get raise, but train someone else who got the raise and knows nothing about the machine.

      Pros

      Good benefits, health insurance, etc. If you're lazy you probably won't be fired. Flexible with vacation and comp time, which you will earn plenty of.

      Cons

      In Athens, management is incredibly short sighted. Everything is first priority so nothing takes priority and it all has to be done right now. Always rushed to finish anything and move on to the next so most are left half done. Incredibly stressful and most specialists I have talked to are looking for a way out. I've heard things in Maryville are different but I can't say for sure.

      Good salary and bonus. Benefits used to be great. Now they're just average.

      Cons

      Overtime is expected. No respect for non-Japanese. Japanese people are rude and don't care about what you think.
