Interesting Dichotomy

Pros

Solid company as a whole, managers can be "fun" when they feel appropriate, diverse mix of people and personalities, enjoyed my coworkers a lot and would have stayed with the company as a loyal employee for a long time because of the relationships built.

Cons

South RPC was where I worked, management was not great and offered NO support when thrusting me into the position of a processor from an admin and gave me zero training. I was tossed to the wolves. After finding out I was looking for a different position, they promised me support and training and hands-on guidance, and promptly passed off bad loans in my name and fired me for them three weeks later.

Good people, nice environment, lunches provided often and seem to promote from within.

Cons

Position doesn't represent much of a challenge. Very repetitive. Office is almost in cedar park not close to downtown.

Pros

This is a great place to work since management is oblivious to what employees really do each day. Great opportunity for extra income thru excessive overtime even if you are not truly doing your job. Feel free to snack all day, listen to music and socialize with your coworkers. Be sure to look busy when necessary and sound like you are super smart at what you do. It is also very important to not express any concerns about how the company is run....don't worry....they have the perfect people in the important management roles.

Cons

Cons? Hard to say.... if you are one of the great chosen ones you will be able to come in late every day and no one will ever say anything. Be sure to never make a mistake and know that even if you do a fabulous job, if the builder, or loan officer screw up you will get a bad survey and lose your opportunity for bonus income.
