DISA was very unprofessional in training you and with their environment. The culture was young inexperienced individuals that pretended to be professionals, but were actually ghetto fabulous! Team leads were inexperienced and could not support you.

What I stated above very quickly changed. We are all now cogs in a poorly functioning machine. We are disrespected and mistreated. We all had our hours cut and support staff were let go (understandably) due to COVID but when our work loads all increased and we were left to our own devices. It has been months of struggling, of listening to very upset clients because we are unable to provide the same service they've come to expect from us. It's all been very disappointing especially when the management in our specific office treats us like we are trash and won't listen to any of our concerns or answers our questions.
