Cons

little room for advancement even after receiving Distinguished Service Award and Directors Award, meeting exceeds on metrics continuously with perfect attendance and no points - also made sr agent in less than one year. Lots of promises for advancement, but they were empty

some managers are great, some due to how long they have been in the company are given positions they do not qualify for.
