4 day work week, decent pay

Cons

Company keeps increasing the expectations for sales regardless of the area they work in and in spite of the bad economy. The company tends to hire managers from outside the company, so you end up being told how to do your job by someone that doesn't know how to do your job. Also, the benefits are not great.

Take The Job... If You Hate Yourself

You MIGHT get some good experience for about 2 years before you should move on IF you're on a good team with a good leader.

Cons

If you do take the job: Don't expect a good experience. Never feel confident you know what's expected of you or your role - you don't. They are likely screwing you over on salary. And if Charlie Ergen plays a heavy role in what your team does, RUN NOW! Honestly, I'm surprised this company still exists.
