Pros

Can be a fun place to work. Lots of diversity. In general, the coworkers are fun to be around, and very smart. Vacation, health and retirement benefits are good.

Cons

Management is completely clueless. They have let employee moral slip for the last few years, and continue to DEMAND more from the workers while providing less and less to the point where the tools needed to do your job are just not there. Management will not listen to any suggestions. Lots of pressure from management with no tools. Outdated software and hardware. Low salaries that have been getting lower, with ever increasing workload. No path for career advancement. Expected to do the job of 3 or 4 people. Salaried positions are expected to work 50+ hours a week. All positions make far below industry average pay.

Pros

Co-workers are some of the brightest people in the business and are truly passionate about what they do, all driven by the founding principles to work safer, smarter and greener.

Cons

Politics are horrific with regional manager only wanting yes-men. Lies by all level of management. Still to this day a very heavy favoritism (borderline discrimination) to Norwegians. Pay is average, salary increases are marginal at best.

Pros

Flexible schedule and free bi-weekly fruits.

Cons

One of the most horrible places to work for. Managers dont care about employees. During lack of work, employees are forced to take their personal time off. No one values your work, basically make them any amount of $$, but they wont even look at you untill you are there favorites. Too many managers and people quitting very rapidly. They pay almost 60% of the amount you can get in market. Broken compay..
