Pros

Relaxed work environment Flexible schedule with personable management Limited micromanagement You can coast through this job for the rest of your life 9/80 work schedule is an option

Cons

Too much overhead and politics The company reorganizes every year which confuses and stagnates most Quality has suffered as workforce has lost key personnel Promotions seem to be based on tenure and the danger of losing people rather than merit-based

Pros

Some incredibly talented and intelligent people. Many interesting work opportunities

Cons

No teams, you need to find your own work (which is quite challenging in a remote environment since networking is a human to human affair), lack of empathy to new employees and an toxic management structure that treats analysts as temporary employees. Most problems get blamed on level 1 employees since they are easy targets.

Pros

There really are no pros.

Cons

I could easily prosecute for labor violations. They operate in a very shady way.
