Pros

Amazing group of people in the Seattle office Great place to gain wind energy industry experience

Cons

Very low salary relative to industry and relative to cost of living in Seattle Benefits have been steadily shrinking since the merger with GL Shrinking workforce in Seattle, too many bright people are leaving for better pay and benefits Upper management focused on growing and expanding the company not focused on taking care of employees Recent layoffs of support staff in Seattle now outsource those positions to other offices

Pros

Learned how to operate under 15 managers and how to multitask 500 things at once.

Cons

This place was a dead end. A good starter job. But this company or management will use their employees to the max and give maybe a 25cent raise a year if you are lucky. The only people they will ever give credit to are the management when everyone underneath them actually does all the work that they just gather and turn in. Users and misers.
