Thank you for your review. As you know, I took over as CEO last year and am just now delving into Glassdoor comments, so I apologize for the delay in response. Sometimes we do have project deadlines that drive our work schedule, as you say, “it’s consulting…” However, our project managers work very hard to plan our projects and balance staffing to minimize those crunch time hours. We care about your life outside of DOWL and hope that you work with your supervisor to make sure you’re able to have a healthy balance where you are also able to find times to unplug.

Thank you for your review. As you know, I took over as CEO last year and am just now delving into Glassdoor comments, so I apologize for the delay in response. While I don’t know all the religious affiliations of DOWL staff, nor should I, I do know there is diversity in beliefs in Anchorage leadership and throughout the organization. Do a few people in the office attend the same church? Perhaps; however, your comment is exaggerated and simply not true about the makeup of the office and promotions. In addition, there are currently zero related individuals in the Anchorage office, and very, very few firm-wide. Hiring related individuals requires extra scrutiny and is nearly impossible when the relative is in senior leadership. Please feel free to reach out to me to discuss specifics. I am happy to discuss your concerns and clear up any misperception that may still exist about the makeup of the firm and the office.
