Last fall we conducted an employee engagement survey, and it did not reveal that the sentiment you expressed is widespread. However, I acknowledge your experience and we may have one-off situations that requires attention. Please consider talking to your manager or our Chief People Officer about your personal experience so that it can be addressed at the root and alleviate any misperceptions or inequitable treatment within our workplace.
