8yThanks for the review. I have thought much about your comment and there is probably some validity to it. We are patient, we coach, train, cajole, and invest in people - possibly to a fault. And I am glad we over do it a bit n this direction, because the erring on the other side is not consistent with our culture. However, I will say that over the long term, we have a system where the cream rises and people are rewarded for their contribution and positive attitude.

9yDOWL has enjoyed steady growth and expansion through the years to reach the point where we are now. Our values and core management philosophies have remained unchanged and we strive to be the "smallest" medium sized company in the market. However, I recognize that some changes have taken place to add controls and policies and procedures that may be perceived as unwanted bureaucracy. We will strive to keep these items to an absolute minimum.
