      Pros

      DP Nicoli wants you to grow! Work hard, understand your expectations, communicate your goals with management and they will get you to where you want to be. Zero micromanagement but with that expectations are set high. Everyone works great together which make the work environment very welcoming and enjoyable. My advice is work hard and don't be afraid to ask questions when you need clarification.

      Cons

      You may feel your work is going unnoticed but that is not the case. Expectations are just set high.

      Pros

      Worked here for 4 years before I had to move states due to personal reasons. This is hands down the best company I have ever worked for... and probably the only company that actually cares about it's employees. Compensation - They take care of their employees, even the entry level roles are well compensated. Work Environment - They are very careful about the type of people they hire because this company runs on teamwork. I enjoyed working with every person here. ESOP Shares & 401K Match - Now that they are employee owned, you get shares in the company at the end of every year. You're basically getting two retirement savings accounts.

      Cons

      They don't micromanage you so you need to take initiative and put in the work. This can be a fast paced job, and you have to care about what you're doing. You won't always get a pat on the back, or a "good job". They prefer to show their gratitude through your raises.

      Pays well. Almost every single rep we have had here stays for a very long time Company offers excellent pay packages, vacations, and sabbaticals. The negative reviews you are reading are from competitors not actually employees ESOP plan is the best I have ever seen which makes competitors not even close in comparison to a compensation package.

      Cons

      Family oriented but everyone works super hard.
