Pros

Free food scraps from executive meeting catering. Education and Fitness reimbursement. Tons of Vacation time. Room for advancement. Great people.

Cons

75 layoffs in less than a year. The Knowledge Center is in a constant state of unrest as management favors quantity over quality.

The rank and file employees are great people who want to work together and help customers be successful.

Cons

The Leadership Team, especially the Executive Team, are abysmal. The executives can't agree on anything and turn over in their roles every 12-24 months. Leadership turnover is so bad that even this website still lists Ian Williams as the CEO and he was replaced 6 months ago. Since they can't agree on goals, strategy, etc. the info that flows down to the rank and file is anywhere from unclear to the flat out opposite of what ends up happening. It's a full time job just trying to understand the directives and constant changes in messaging. The only consistent item from the top is that when there's a bump in the road, they immediately pivot to layoffs.
