Pros

I worked for the sub marketing company under DRB (Suds Creative). The people that I worked with in the office were great and the culture was also something they made known was important. Great office located in the village.

Cons

Communication from leadership/management was extremely poor. Seemed like they hid a lot of things happening in the background.. just wasn’t transparent. When things slow down they tend to lay people off consistently.
