Pros

DRMP is a great place to work. It is family centered and has a great team atmosphere. The senior staff are always trying to train and fully supported by upper management. The survey department specifically invests heavily in innovative technology and equipment and encourages its staff to be trained, educated , and licensed.

Great work/life balance, low stress, great pay, strong leadership, feel like I am part of the family. The Great Recession caused many businesses to struggle to keep their work force busy and DRMP wasn’t immune to it. I moved on to pursue other gainful employment and ended up coming back after almost a decade away. I’m glad I did.

Cons

Slow to terminate people not pulling their weight.
