Pros

Flexible work environment, competitive pay, decent benefits.

Cons

Toxic work environment since merge with RKA. Dishonest. Trilon (who owns DRMP) purchased RKA and DRMP last year and blindly put incompetent leaders in leadership roles for in Charlotte. RKA was originally going to remain a separate entity until they dug into the numbers and realized RKA was failing as a business. FAILING. To prevent a mass exodus of employees, they put several RKA folks in leadership roles. Some of these folks are failing miserably. If toxicity and work place bullying is your is thing. This is the place for you.

Pros

leadership offered flexible environment to balance work/home life. coworkers made work bearable.

Cons

-empty promises -toxic environment -expensive benefits -"family" culture is a facade/very forced -extremely undercompensated -constant manipulation from managers -blatant favoritism/nepotism -rewarding long tenure instead of good work/ambition -not enough diversity -people in senior roles who don't qualify for the role at all -terrible PTO accumulation system, no sick days -leadership interested in forwarding their own agenda rather than raising up their staff -poor upward mobility -no transparency with staff -toxic behavior is tolerated for some with no consequences -unqualified HR staff
