Very flexible schedule, fun work environment, great co-workers, and a good discount.

Cons

I hated the fact that not all of my managers where on the same page with policies. It made dealing with customers difficult at times. Associates are only hired part-time.

Pros

The managers are always flexible with you, approachable, and very dedicated to what they do. The job pays better than minimum wage and everyone who works there is very nice and fun to work with. Discount is 30% off so that is always a benefit. I go to school full time along with working part time and the managers have always been so understanding and are willing to work with me. The latest that an associate is scheduled is 10pm. I throughly enjoy working at DSW!

Cons

The only complaint I have about DSW is that the hours get a little less in the summer. But in the fall and spring there are a ton so it works out.
