30% discount and that's it.

Cons

Cannot apply 30% discount to items already on clearance. Changed corporate people, upper/lower management, etc and became extremely greedy. Company now doesn't care. Crapped on employees, made upper/lower management take pay cuts. Decided to open on Thanksgiving November 2018 because they are now greedy, non-family oriented. Terrible changes were made and felt all the way down to the stores. They should be ASHAMED of themselves. I don't like it here anymore.

- I met a lot of good people there and I loved my associates dearly, the corporate was just ran poorly. - you don’t work on commission ( could be a pro or con for some people ) - the associate discount

Cons

- You have to force people into joining this stupid rewards program and you get taken off the register if you get no’s. - management sucks and so does their online shoe shophoria. - As a part time associate there is little to no room to grow, you get penny raises if that.
