-amazing discount (30% off including sale and clearance items) -can dress however you'd like (within reason) -oppurtunity to go help open and set up other stores

Cons

this is more personal based on the spot I was at, not sure if all locations are like this so take it lightly.. -the store I worked at refused to tell customers we were closing at 9 (apparently company thinks its rude so instead of getting store cleaned by 10, our customers wouldnt leave til 10 keeping us there until 11pm) - management was very unprofessional at my store (except for store manager she was wonderful but left my 2nd month there leaving us w/ no SM) - retail hours are rough.

You learn a lot about the current trends and fashions. The benefits are good and the discount is amazing if you are a shoe-lover!

Cons

Its a large store and there is not much training is done when you start on the store level and the resources for the training aren't very helpful.
