work/ life balance, flexable scheduling, recognition, relationships built with peers and customers, fun atmosphere, communication from management

Cons

workload sometimes feels too heavy to complete, the feeling that no matter how much you strive for great service levels, it nevers seems enough. The expectation of wowing all your customers is overwhelming. The customer dictates what they want and if they just want to shop, we should be allowed to let them with out being critized that we are not performing service to our customers.

i love working at dsw because of my management team. they are so awesome. very personable and great at communicating things within the store and always in a good mood. they are fantastic to work with! couldnt ask for a better team!

Cons

always moving. i tire easy and trying to help someone find something that they themselves dont know theyre looking for isnt the easiest thing to do 24/7 it takes patience. but thats about it!
