Pros

There are some really good people working at DXP.

Cons

The HR department does not listen to the exit reviews as to why people are leaving the AP department. The director is exactly the same, there is bullying and retalation going on and unacceptable language.

Pros

The pay is sort of steady - if you don't speak up around the wrong people.

Cons

The management team, specifically the upper management, utilize their positions in the company to abuse (verbally, psychologically) their employees. They taunt you with false-superiority complexes and treat us like we're not part of the working environment. The company is filled with "good ol boy" networking and if you're not a racist you're not involved in their world.

Pros

It is a paying job.

Cons

Management is not supportive at all. They expect you to perform a miracle and do the work of 2+ people. While there I asked management to sit down about harassment, and instead they ignored me. I was spoken too about EVERY LITTLE THING done not to their standards, including petty things such as printing!
