Good pay, good benefits. good work/life balance for my role and position. Diverse set of problems faced; every day can be different. It is rewarding to help clients and solve problems every day. You are able to learn a lot here by working with a variety of different tools and software depending on the problem that needs solved.

Cons

Due to the nature of the industry, you can end up having your schedule changed to accommodate client needs, sometimes at the last second. This can mean working holidays or other times unexpectedly.

Pros

Finally have a manager that does Reviews as they are supposed to and given proper acknowledgment of efforts. Rewarded with a promotion for those who deserve it and a raise which is uplifting and encourages loyalty. The manager/Site supervisor has gone out of his way to get several well deserved promotions for the team. He really takes our opinion seriously and acts on our suggestions.

Cons

A few missteps have occurred due to the site manager's inexperience but corrections were made right away. The site runs well with our team but we do many things so it can be more mechanical than you would expect.

Pros

Remote work, good benefits, work with good people, and learn a lot regarding different manufacturing companies and how they get merchandise out when orders come in and how they restock stores.

Cons

Manager is a loof when you are not on a project. Gives no direction as to what you can do in between projects and trainings. Raises are 3% across the board regardless of how much of an extra effort you put in and now given more responsibilities regarding projects with no extra pay and now no comp time when you work 10-12 a day including weekends.
