Pros

The benefit of the telework policy, summer hours and shutdown during Christmas. Good benefits

Cons

Open working space, the intention was to improve communication but there is a lack of trust and point finger that resulted in all communications being as emails. No good upper management with leadership skills. Difficult to advance in your career. A portfolio in which some products are approved but unable to launch to the market. Many dysfunctional teams, there is no accountability to the upper management and a culture of fear, and blaming other.

Pros

The compensation and benefits are good. There is a good IC plan in place for the field sales organization. There are some good people working here.

Cons

The promotion of unqualified individuals into senior leadership positions has lead to a weak vision and a "lead by panic" environment. Consistent downsizing for the past 5+ years. There is very little respect between top leadership and the rest of the organization.

Jeans every day, company closed week between Christmas and New Year.

Cons

Not stable. HR department is run by woman who started less than a year ago and she is in way over her head. A bunch of people running around doing things their own way without direction or consistent processes.
